Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Purchase Finality: All purchases and payments made are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated during ongoing marketing promotions.
  2. Evaluation Through Free Trial: Users can evaluate our services through free trial chapters provided on the Website and Mobile Apps.
  3. Package Validity: All packages are valid until the end of the current academic session, i.e., 31st March 2023. No refund will be provided for discontinuation before this session's end, especially if any content in the package has been consumed.
  4. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving a cancellation request.
  5. E-Book Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 2 (two) business days of receiving a cancellation request.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method you select and your location. Our standard shipping typically takes approximately 10-15 business days, while expedited shipping ensures delivery within 7-10 business days.

  6. Undeliverable Packages:In the event a package cannot be delivered due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if you'd like us to re-ship the package.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange Policy


We want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchases. Here's our Exchange Policy to assist you in the event of an exchange.

  1. Eligibility for Exchange: We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Process for Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at 011-69114100 within the specified exchange period. Provide your order details and reason for the exchange.
  3. Exchange Procedure: If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item and validate its condition, we will process the exchange.
  4. Exchange Restrictions: We do not accept exchanges for personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  6. Refunds for Exchange: If the exchanged item has a lower value than the original item, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
